Trustee Workshop

Friday 14th November 2014

Trustees are essential for the good management of voluntary organisations regardless of their size. Whether organisations are a large charity with over £1m annual income or a very small volunteer led community group they all require good leadership. This workshop is ideal to support new (or potential) trustees get off to a good start or as a refresher for long-standing trustees. 
Learning Outcomes:

  • Understanding of the principles which underpin the role of a trustee
  • Understanding what you need to know about your organisation
  • Understanding of the basic roles and responsibilities of being a trustee including the different structures a board may have. 
  • Knowing where to access more information to support the work of your organisation

Organisations can reserve one place FREE OF CHARGE. Additional places will be charged at £25.00 per person.
