Better Contracts and Projects

At CAVS we have significant experience of contract and project delivery, we operate a professional project management service and have consistently delivered projects up to the value of £1 million for our partners.

As a third sector organisation CAVS has been operating since 1994 within the Borough of Castle Point and has a proven track record of excellent service delivery including:

• Effective Delivery of Service Level Agreements for the Community of Castle Point on behalf of ECC and CPBC; incorporating Surestart Children’s Centres, Volunteer Centre, Community Activity Project and The Be Safer Project for People with a Learning Disability across the county.

CAVS has successfully created, delivered and implemented on budget, Community start up projects including Children’s Centres and the Be Safer Project for people with a learning disability.
